A BORDERS man has been jailed for a total of 444 days at Selkirk Sheriff Court after being convicted on three complaints of various offences.
Thirty-three-year old Mark Turnbull, of Kelso, was sentenced for spitting on a person and threatening or abusive behaviour.
He was also sentenced for being found in circumstances which inferred he intended to commit theft, possession of a class A drug and breaching his bail conditions.
