THE Borders recorded three coronavirus-related deaths last week, new figures show.
An update was published by the National Records of Scotland (NRS) at 12pm today (November 24).
The data covers November 15-21, during which three deaths were recorded in the Borders.

There have now been 97 deaths where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate this year in the region, according to the figures.
The total since the start of the pandemic stands at 201 in the Borders.
According to an NRS spokesperson, as at November 21, there have been a total of 12,028 deaths in Scotland.
In the latest week there were 94 deaths, a decrease of 22 deaths from the previous week.
