THE Borders has seen a rise in cases of coronavirus over the weekend, new data shows.
Updated figures were published by the Scottish Government at 2pm today (November 29).
And the new data shows that the region saw 117 cases over the weekend, taking the total since the start of the pandemic to 10,900.

There are currently 15 people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of COVID-19, according to the figures.
On Friday, there were 21 people in hospital.
Scotland has now recorded 724,983 cases since March last year.
