THE Borders recorded no coronavirus-related deaths last week, new figures show.
An update was published by the National Records of Scotland (NRS) at 12pm today (December 1).
The data covers November 22-28, during which zero deaths were recorded in the Borders.

The total number of deaths where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate this year in the region remains at 97, according to the figures.
In the week before November 22 the region had recorded three deaths by this measure.
The total since the start of the pandemic stands at 201 in the Borders.
According to an NRS spokesperson, as at November 28, there have been a total of 12,127 deaths in Scotland.
