A BORDERS woman found in possession of a large quantity of cocaine has been fined £300 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
A search warrant executed at the property in Dalatho Crescent, Peebles, on December 14, 2019, recovered 14.7 grammes of the class A drug worth more than £1,000.
Selkirk Sheriff Court was told that at the time of the offence 31-year-old Jodie Dixon had got in with the wrong crowd but has managed to turn things around and was now drug free.
In addition to the fine, a £20 Victim Surcharge was added.
