THE Borders has recorded 62 new cases of coronavirus in a 24-hour period, latest figures show.
An update was published by the Scottish Government at 2pm today (December 3).
And the new data shows that the Borders has now seen 11,093 coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic.
There are 11 people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of COVID-19, one fewer than yesterday.
Scotland has now recorded 735,750 cases since March last year.
