A 39-YEAR-OLD man who assaulted a nurse at a mental health unit has been ordered to pay her £200 in compensation.
Andrew Sneddon appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour at the East Brig premises in Galashiels on November 2 last year.
