Body found in search for missing Borders man, 78, say police
A BODY has been found in the search for a missing Borders man.
David McLeod, 78, was reported missing from Galashiels on Thursday.
Formal identification is yet to take place but David's family has been informed.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A body has been found in the search for 78-year-old David McLeod who was reported missing from the Woodstock area of Galashiels on Thursday, December 16.
“Formal identification is yet to take place but David's family has been informed.”
