A FORMER Hawick man accused of two sexual assaults on a child under 13 years old has walked free following a five-day trial.
Stewart Brown, now 44, gave an address in Kelso.
He was found not proven by a majority verdict on both charges by a jury at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
