A DOG breeder has admitted breaching a Scottish Borders Council notice over noise.
Hazel Manson had the order served on her in August 2018 after complaints from neighbours at Bankend in Jedburgh regarding the constant barking of dogs under her care.
However she failed to comply with the requirements and admitted causing a nuisance to the occupants of neighbouring properties between January and November 2019.
Manson, 38, now living near Stow, had sentence deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until April 11 for a personal appearance.
