A BORDERS man involved in a bust-up with his wife after a night-out has been fined £350 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Ross Forbes, 33, of Earlston, pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing, acting in an aggressive manner and banging doors at a property in Everest Road on April 3.
He also admitted swearing and uttering threats to harm himself.
The electrician was also made the subject of a Non-Harassment Order forbidding contact with his wife for the next two months between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
