
A BORDERS man who admitted historical domestic related offences has been placed on a high tariff structured deferred sentence for the next two months.
Jason Lowe of Arthur Street, Hawick, pleaded guilty to committing a breach of the peace at properties in Burnfoot Road and Silverbuthall Road between 2005 and 2009 by conducting himself in a disorderly manner.
He also admitted assaulting a female on various occasions between 2000 and 2009 and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards another woman between September 2014 and July 2015.
Lowe will appear again at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on July 18.
