A MAN has been charged in connection with alleged threatening and abusive behaviour, say police.
Officers launched an investigation into the behaviour of a man within a white car following the incident on Melrose Road, Galashiels, on Thursday, May 12.
The 28-year-old is now the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
