A SIXTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD has been fined for intentionally sending or directing a sexual communication towards a child under 13 years of age.
Neil Rankine from Melrose was fined £100 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
A £10 Victim Surcharge was added.
