DODDIE Weir turns 52 today and to celebrate the special day, the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation are launching a new initiative knows as Doddie’s Clubhouse.
Donating just £5 a month will mean that the Foundation can continue to fund targeted research to help find meaningful treatments and one day, a cure for Motor Neuron Disease.
Doddie has been a beacon of hope for people living with MND and their families since he first shared his diagnosis in 2017.
By signing up to join his Clubhouse, you will make sure that hope will continue to grow and help pursue our vision of a world free of MND
In return, you’ll receive regular email updates on the progress of research we’re funding, hear from scientists themselves and from families you’ve helped support.
Here is a short film telling you more about the work of the Foundation so far:
MND is not incurable, it's just underfunded.
Each year, you will receive a small gift to say thank you, starting with an exclusive Doddie’s Clubhouse pin badge.
Your generous gift will mean we are able to grow our research programme and support people living with MND right now.
