A BORDERS man has admitted at Selkirk Sheriff Court to failing to comply with a preliminary breath test.
Twenty-two-year-old Michael Futter, of Selkirk, also pleaded guilty to failing to give police details about the identity of a vehicle's driver.
But he pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while over the legal alcohol limit and a trial was fixed for November 17.
Sentence was deferred on the other two matters until that date.
