A LIST of GP practices and pharmacies that will be open on the next Borders public holiday, Monday, July 18, has been released.
In preparation NHS Borders has asked the public to check their repeat prescriptions and order only what they need, in plenty of time.
Most health centres and GP practices will be closed on Monday but the following will be open:
- Coldstream Medical Practice
- Roxburgh Street Medical Practice in Galashiels
- Kelso Medical Practice
- Stow & Lauder Medical Practice
- Newcastleton Medical Practice
Additionally, the following pharmacies, most between 9am and 5.30pm or 6pm, will be open: GLM Romanes Ltd at Chirnside, Coldstream, Duns, Eyemouth and Greenlaw; Boots Pharmacy in Galashiels and Kelso; Tesco Pharmacy in Galashiels; Lindsay and Gilmour in Hawick and Selkirk; in addition to West Linton Pharmacy and Jedburgh Pharmacy.
