Selkirk Sheriff Court
A BORDERS man who admitted having sexual intercourse with an under age teenager will be sentenced next month.
Dean Sinclair, who is now 20, pleaded guilty to the offence involving a 14-year-old female at a house in Coldstream, between February and March 2020.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court for the production of background reports.
