THE World Wide Wrestling League’s popular American-style wrestling event is returning to the Borders.

The MacArts Theatre in Bridge Street, Galashiels, will host another instalment of the Wrestling Showdown ‘Live and Unlocked’ tour on Monday, August 1.

There will be an international element to the event this time as American ladies’ wrestler “B£CCA” will be competing.

Wrestling fans may be familiar with B3CCA from her appearances on All Elite Wrestling which is televised on ITV.

In addition all the regular favourite W3L stars will be returning including number one contender Taylor Bryden and captain Euan G Mackie who will team up to face the W3L Tag Team Champions Saqib Ali and Craig Stephens.

The tour starts in the Highlands with the first show at Strathearn Arts in Crieff on Thursday, July 28.
