SENTENCE has been deferred for good behaviour on a 52-year-old man involved in a neighbour dispute in Ayton.
John Dickson, who gave an address in Edinburgh, pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour with a racial prejudice aggravation.
He admitted acting in an aggressive manner, shouting and swearing and uttering offensive remarks and threats of violence.
Sheriff Peter Paterson told Dickson he would be admonished if he was of good behaviour.
