A BORDERS business has been awarded for its artisanal homewares and accessories.

The Wee Souk Ltd. won the 'Best Artisanal Homeware & Accessories Company - Scotland' in the Lux Life Perfect Gift Awards 2022.

Kimberly Davidson, who owns the Wee Souk, said: "I'm absolutely delighted to have won this award and accept it on behalf of all the incredibly talented artisans we work with in Tunisia.

"I'd also like to thank all the local services and businesses who we work with and who've supported and cheered me on whilst starting up.

On the night of the awards announcement, awards coordinator Holly Blackwood said: “It has been a delight to engage and inform all of those listed here that their hard-earned achievements have been recognised.

"It is my pleasure to be able to offer you my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for the year ahead.”

Ms Davidson added: "We've gone from taking orders on Instagram to a fantastic new website, a jam packed markets schedule and local stockists such as The Flower Bee."
