REPORTS have been ordered into a 31-year-old man involved in an early morning disturbance in Kelso.
Danny Grieve pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, challenging people to fight and issuing homophobic slurs in Orchard Park and Inchmyre on August 28.
He also admitted threatening to kill police officers and assaulting a police officers and attempting to head-butt them.

Grieve, of Orchard Park, Kelso, also pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing in Hawick Police Station and kicking and punching a vehicle and uttering homophobic slurs.
Jedburgh Sheriff Court was told the offences occurred between 5am and 7am.
Sentence was deferred until October 24 for a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
