A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing in the Borders earlier this week has been traced.
And she is safe and well.
Shannon Lawrence (14) was reported missing on Monday October 24.
Police Scotland issued an appeal for the public’s help to trace her and that appeal was shared widely.
Earlier today (Wednesday October 26 2022) officers conformed that Shannon has been traced and thanked everyone who shared their appeal.
