Jedburgh Sheriff Court
BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a 63-year-old man caught with a cannabis cultivation in his Borders home.
William Moscrop, of Hawick, pleaded guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court to producing a controlled drug.
A not guilty plea to possession of controlled drugs was accepted by the Crown.
Sentence was deferred until November 22.
