A 46-YEAR-OLD man who was found guilty of a sexual assault charge by a jury has been sentenced to 20 months imprisonment.
John Addy, who gave an address in Jedburgh, also received a three-month jail sentence for a domestic-related assault.
He had previously been found not proven after a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh of raping a woman to her injury.
The sentences imposed at the High Court in Lanark are to run concurrently.
