A BID to sell booze at the Great Tapestry visitor centre in Galashiels is set to be considered this week.
The attraction opened its doors in August 2021.
On Friday (February 24) Scottish Borders Council’s licensing board will look at an application to sell alcohol between 10am-10pm for consumption off the premises.
Papers submitted with the bid state: “The area to be licensed is the ground floor retail shop for the purposes of off sale provision of local spirits and beers.”
