A MAJOR Borders road has now reopened following an incident this morning.
Part of the A7 at Selkirk was closed off by emergency services due to a vehicle fire.
Motorists were being diverted away from the incident which took place on Ettrick Terrace (A7) adjacent to Raeburn Place.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "There was debris on the road, it has now been cleared."
