DRIVING his partner’s car without insurance resulted in a fine of £240 for bricklayer Ashleigh Stormont, from Hawick.
The 39-year-old’s licence was endorsed with six penalty points for the offence in Myreslaw Court in Hawick during the early hours of December 7.
His partner Kerri Jardine, 32, was fined £180 for causing and permitting Stormont to drive with no insurance and six penalty points placed on her licence at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
