A 15-year-old girl with links to the Scottish Borders, who was reported missing from Leith on Wednesday March 15, has been traced safe and well.

Officers in the capital issued an appeal for the public’s help to trace Faith Marley after concerns were raised for her welfare.

The appeal was shared by the Lothians and Scottish Borders division on social media as Faith was previously known to have travelled to the region.

Earlier today (Sunday March 19 2023) police in Edinburgh confirmed that Faith had been traced and thanked the public for their assistance.
