A 55-YEAR-OLD Borders man who admitted communicating indecently with what he believed to be two 14-year-old girls has been placed on the sex offenders register at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
William Henry, of Selkirk, committed the offence at his home in East Port between the end of 2021 and the start of last year.
He sent naked pictures of himself to one girl and asked to meet the other, after sending the adult decoy sexually-explicit videos.
The court heard that members of the Wolfpack Hunters group turned up at his home on January 5 last year to confront him.
Sentence has been deferred until May 2 for background reports and he has been banned from having any contact with children under the age of 16.
