A BORDERS property has been broken into and two vehicles stolen, say police.
Officers in the Borders have appealed for information following a housebreaking and theft of two cars in Duns.
Between 10.30pm on Sunday, April 16 and 8am today (Monday, April 17) the keys for a grey Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance, and a black BMW 435D XDrive M Sport Auto convertible were stolen from a property at Preston Road, and the two vehicles were then taken from the driveway.
Detective Constable Ashley Black said: “I am keen to speak to anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously around this area at the time, or anyone who has knowledge of where the stolen cars are now.
“We encourage anyone with CCTV or Ring doorbell cameras to please check your footage around this time and get in touch as this may assist in our enquiries.”
Anyone who has information should contact police via 101 quoting incident number 0502 of 17 April, 2023.
