POLICE SCOTLAND.
AN ORANGE van “failed to stop” following a two-vehicle crash in the Borders, according to police.
The incident reportedly happened on the A707 between the Nest roundabout and Yair Bridge around 6pm on Tuesday (April 18).
There were no reported injuries but the driver of the Ford Transit, which was towing a caravan, did not stop.
Police say that enquiries are “ongoing”.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has dash-cam footage around this time is asked to contact police quoting reference number 2977 of April 18, 2023.”
