EVIE’S Crichton Cup will return to the Greenyards on Saturday May 20 as St Boswells look to defend their title following lasts years win in the inaugural touch rugby tournament.

Players from St Boswells, Dingleton, Newstead, Gattonside, Earlston, Lauder, Melrose Central will be representing their home towns as they battle it out, both on and off the pitch, to raise funds for Evie's Batten Journey - a charity set up to support Evie Mitchell, daughter of Lynn and Wayne, who is currently fighting the CLN5 strain of batten disease.

The Southern Knights Rugby will be supporting the occasion by donating all ticket sales from the Boroughmuir Rugby Bears fixture to Evie's Batten Journey.
Donations can be made by purchasing a match day ticket with each donation receiving x 1 ticket to the Knights Vs Bears game, 5pm kick-off.
To support efforts in raising as much funds as possible for Evie’s Batten Journey, club membership cards will be invalid for this fixture.
