A BORDERS College employee is celebrating their success at a recent awards ceremony.
Amy Brydon said it was a "lovely surprise" to win a Diversity Champion award at the Apt Awards, held recently at Murrayfield Stadium.
The award recognises an individual who has led their organisation on equality, diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
Ms Brydon said: “The work we do to build better approaches to diversity and inclusion is achieved by working together.
"Nothing is possible without the support of passionate and dedicated people.
"This award really reflects our combined efforts to make Borders College a more inclusive place for staff, students and the wider community.”
