A HAWICK man has been banned from the road for three years after admitting drinking and driving.
Fifty-year-old Dean Finn also pleaded guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court to a charge of careless driving which had been reduced from dangerous driving.
In addition to the disqualification period, Finn was fined a total of £450 with a £20 victim surcharge imposed.
