A WOMAN has been arrested in connection with a fatal road traffic crash which happened on the B6397 near Kelso on Friday November 11 2022.
Around 8.55 am officers were called to the B6397 near Kelso after a grey Kia Venga and a red Mercedes GLE 300 were involved in a collision.

Emergency services attended and a 72-year-old woman, who had been driving the Kia Venga, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 46-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
She has been released and will appear at court at a later date.
