A COLDSTREAM man who admitted a domestic-related assault has been fined £200 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with a £10 victim surcharge.
Twenty-six-year-old Martin Shucksmith was also ordered to stay away from his ex-partner for one year as part of a one-year non-harassment order.
The court heard the couple had an argument during the incident on the evening of April 16 and he had pinned her down by the wrist to a bed during the struggle.
