“We have been asked by some customers when will we return to pre-covid services. Unfortunately, the service we operated before the pandemic doesn’t reflect the demand we are now experiencing across our bus network.

“It’s our job to take people where they want to go and we hope our survey allows us to gather as much information about our customers’ travel requirements.”

Borders Buses is encouraging people of all ages to get involved. This customer survey is now live.

New bus times will soon be available from bordersbuses.co.uk and printed leaflets will be available on bus.
