EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a two vehicle crash on the A703 road between Eddleston and Peebles
The crash took place around 3.20pm this afternoon and the road was blocked to facilitate an investigation and recovery of the vehicles.
It is not known whether anyone required hospital treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving two vehicles on the A703 near Eddleston around 3.20pm on Thursday (July 27th).
“The road is currently closed.”
Upate 5.30pm :Police have confirmed that an ambulance is at the scene.
Update:8.15pm From Police Scotland: Vehicles have been recovered. Road now open
