THIRTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Martin Scott, of Cessford Farm Cottages, near Kelso, pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to being involved in two disturbances.
The first happened at his home in June 2020, when he was shouting and swearing, making racist remarks and threatening police officers with violence.
The second happened in June 2022 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court where he was acting in an aggressive manner, shouting and swearing and making abusive remarks.
Scott also pleaded guilty to three failures to appear in court.
Sentence was deferred until September 4 for background reports.
