POLICE in the Scottish Borders are appealing for information to help trace Adirlene De Oliveira Santos who has been reported missing in the Scottish Borders.
The 52-year-old was most recently seen in the Melrose area shortly after 1.10pm on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
She is from Edinburgh and may be unfamiliar with the local area.

Adirlene is described as being 5ft 4in and was wearing a blue head scarf, a beige dress with a pattern of different coloured flowers, beige trousers and brown boots.

She possibly had a cardigan over the top and usually wears a medical face mask.
She speaks broken English.
Inspector Billy Telford from Peebles Police Station said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and are appealing for anyone who may have seen her to please come forward.
“If you can assist our efforts to trace her, please call police on 101, quoting incident 1849 of 30 September 2023.”
