POLICE in the Scottish Borders are sharing an appeal issued by colleagues in Dumfries and Galloway who are attempting to trace 66-year-old Paul Taylor reported missing from Annan.

Mr Taylor was last seen in Charles Street around 10pm on Tuesday October 17, 2023.

He is around 5ft 7 inches tall, of slim build, with short grey/white hair which is receding, clean shaven and has an English accent.

He uses a blue Vauxhall Corsa registration PY18 DYO and may have travelled to other parts of the country.

 

Police Constable Craig Wilson of Annan Police Station: “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Paul, and his disappearance is out of character.

“We are carrying out extensive enquiries to trace him. I would appeal to anyone who recognises him or sees his vehicle to get in touch.

“Anyone with information that could assist us is asked to call 101 quoting reference number 1412 of 8 October. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
