THE resurfacing work scheduled for the A702 Candymill to Melbourne Crossroads which was postponed last night due to adverse weather will resume tonight.

The works will be undertaken between 7.30pm and 6am.

To ensure the safety of the workforce and the travelling public during these works, it will be necessary to close the A702 with signed diversions in place.
