NHS BORDERS are hosting two Dementia Carers Hub events in the Chaplaincy Centre at the Tryst, Borders General Hospital.
The sessions will take place between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on Monday November 20 and Monday December 18.

The Hub will have representatives from the Borders Carer Centre, Alzheimer Scotland, Social Work and our Alzheimer Scotland Dementia Nurse Consultant in attendance.
There's no need to make an appointment, just turn up.

Those attending will have the opportunity to ask questions and staff can provide help, information and support.
Questions could be about the discharge programme, power of attorney, post diagnostic support, residential care, benefits, how to access support, navigating the system, your rights and more.
