Missing 13-year-old boy traced safe and well say police
POLICE in the Scottish Borders have confirmed that 13-year-old Paul Grant who had been reported missing from Peebles has been found safe and well.
An appeal was issued earlier today Thursday November 16 after concerns were raised for his welfare.
Officers have thanked the public for sharing their appeal.
