A PEEBLES woman who failed to give two specimens of breath after being suspected of drinking and driving has been banned from the road for 12 months at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Forty-one-year-old Pamela Sherrard also failed to tell police the identity of the driver of the vehicle following the incident near her home in the South Park area of Peebles on August 6.
In addition to the disqualification period, fines of £500 were imposed with a £20 victim surcharge.
