UPDATE: Brodie Coyle, who had been reported missing from Galashiels, has been traced safe and well.
AN APPEAL has been issued after a 13-year-old Galashiels girl was reported missing.
Brodie Coyle was last seen leaving her address in the town at about 1.30pm on Tuesday (April 9), according to police.
She has links to the Edinburgh area, say officers.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “She is 4ft5, with long dark hair and was wearing a light blue jumper, grey leggings, black trainers and a black jacket with a fur hood. Brodie has links to the Edinburgh area.
“Any persons with any information on the whereabouts of Brodie are asked to call 101 and quote incident number 3555 of April 9.”
