A 43-YEAR-OLD man has admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a property in Galashiels.
James Nugent, who gave an address in Glasgow, pleaded guilty to acting in an aggressive manner, shouting and attempting to enter a house in the town on July 17.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until September 17 for background reports.
His bail conditions include not entering the Borders apart for attending court.
