A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a person was seen “acting suspiciously” within the grounds of a Borders house.
They were wearing all black and had their hood up, according to police.
The incident took place over a 10-minute period from 11.20am on Tuesday (August 13) on Eildon Road, Hawick.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Anyone with any information that may assist this inquiry please contact 101 and quote incident number 1328 of 13/8/24.”
