BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Galashiels man who admitted being involved in a domestic-related disturbance.
Lee Aitken, 24, pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, uttering threats of violence and damaging property in Abbotsford Rod, Galashiels, on June 27.
Sentence was deferred until next month at Selkirk Sheriff Court for a Criminal Justice Social Work report, Caledonian Men’s Programme assessment and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
